Lilah Coe
Lilah Coe graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Criminology. She is a Foundation & Bucklew Scholar. Lilah is actively involved in community initiatives, including volunteering with the Appalachian Prison Book Project, an organization dedicated to fostering a more sustainable restorative justice model.
In January 2024, she will join WVU Medicine’s Neurodevelopmental Center as a registered behavior technician in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Clinic. Lilah’s introduction to the Research Center was through Dr. DeKeseredy’s courses on Violence Against Women & Rural Criminology, which inspired her passion for research on topics such as systemic violence against women and racial disparities in the criminal justice system. She is excited for the opportunity to add her skillset and psychology background to the team and to further her commitment to addressing critical criminological issues.
